PROCESS
Most items in my store are hand - carved, hand made linocut prints in limited editions. Each print is unique and all are signed and come with the Certificate Of Authenticity.
Occasionally I sell original works or high quality archival ink reproductions.

Customer covers the shipping cost and all the necessary duties.
SHIPPING

Items are shipped within 14 working days from the purchase, unless stated otherwise in the main menu of the store, but no later tahn after 40 days.

Prints are shipped in a solid recyclable envelope with cardboard and paper filling or rolled in a cardboard tube.

Due to complicated packaging and duty regulations I am currently not shipping to the following countries:Germany,United Kingdom.I am very sorry and I am hoping to resolve this situation in the future.
RETURNS

Due to the unique character of original artworks, my shop doesn’t accept order cancellations or returns of linocut prints and originals, unless under very unusual circumstances.

Reproductions might be returned within 14 days from the item arrival.

Customer covers the cost of return shipping.

Customer has to make sure, that the returned item doesn't get damaged on the way back.
